Event Details ENG
This years class will focus on making a quilt that captures a moment, an occasion or something special in your life. It will be more than just pieces of fabricit will tell a story through pieced blocks, appliqu, photo transfers or embroidery. It will be a quilt that is sure to become a family heirloom.
For those who may be averse to trying to create a design of their own (Remember that the rewards in life are made by taking a chance.), the week can be spent as an open studio, where students can work on whatever they wish.
Judy Hasheider has been teaching quilting for nearly 40 years, focusing on traditional designs and methods for making quilt-making fun and approachable. She hosts retreats throughout the year and does lectures for guilds in the Midwest.
